Through a variety of training sessions, innovation workshops, virtual coaching calls and individual and team assessments, Entheo worked a variety of Cisco Teams to help develop innovation skills and apply them to current work challenges. This included workshops to generate ideas for improving customer service, building a stronger team brand, ideas for spotting and creating transformational opportunities and how to cut costs and increase margins. Confronted with challenges of doubling sales and driving new growth across Asia, LEO Pharma, a leading Pharmaceutical company, embarked on an innovation journey to bring the outside in and transform its corporate culture into one that would empower people to spot new opportunities, ignite creative ideas and enable the business to become patient centric.
